Free Shipping on Orders Over $125
In Stock CV Customs and DuraPro products will ship next business day. If a product is not in stock it will be noted in the product description and a email will be sent with the best estimated ship date.
Silber Turbos –
Orders for Silber Turbo products will vary based on manufactures in-stock availability. When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to give a estimated ship date.
Indy Specialties –
Orders for Indy Specialties products will vary based on manufactures in-stock availability. When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to give a estimated ship date. Most products will ship within 72 hours from time of order.
CUSTOMS FEES - International Shipments
Orders shipping outside the US are typically subject to customs fees (e.g. taxes, duties, processing or brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery of your shipment. We ship from the United States with terms defined as “Free on Board (FOB), USA”. This means that ANY and ALL fees are your responsibility. We do not control or calculate those fees. Please check with your local customs office if you need more information.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to CV Customs LLC and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. If you receive the shipment and refuse to pay the customs fees, such that we are billed by UPS or FedEx on your behalf, we will bill you for these fees directly.
A RMA number is required for any product returns. To get a RMA number please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue and to get a RMA number.
CV Customs and Durapro products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
All other products are subject to the manufactures return policy. Email email@example.com for further details.
If the product return is due to shipping damage it must be noted upon delivery of the item. If the return is due to damage a replacement product will be sent to the customer at full item cost until the defective product is returned to CV Customs unless deemed unnecessary to be shipped back at which the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
