Shipping Policy

In Stock CV Customs and DuraPro products will ship next business day.  If a product is not in stock it will be noted in the product description and a email will be sent with the best estimated ship date. 

Raptor Shocks –
Since all Raptor Shocks are custom tailored for every order lead time will vary based on manufacturer lead time which averages around 2 weeks. When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to give a estimated ship date.

Silber Turbos –
Orders for Silber Turbo products will vary based on manufactures in-stock availability. When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to give a estimated ship date.

Indy Specialties –
Orders for Indy Specialties products will vary based on manufactures in-stock availability. When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to give a estimated ship date. Most products will ship within 72 hours from time of order.

Return Policy

A RMA number is required for any product returns. To get a RMA number please email cole@cvcustoms.com with the issue and to get a RMA number.

CV Customs and Durapro products can be return within 14 days of purchase, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.

All other products are subject to the manufactures return policy. Email cole@cvcustoms.com for further details.

If the product return is due to shipping damage it must be noted upon delivery of the item. If the return is due to damage a replacement product will be sent to the customer at full item cost until the defective product is returned to CV Customs unless deemed unnecessary to be shipped back at which the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
